FURNITURE EXPORTS FAQs

Prices 
All prices posted on our website, quotes and advertisements are in US dollars. There is no Florida sales tax charged on export orders. 

Shipping/Delivery 
We do not ship directly to your country. We deliver directly to your local South Florida freight forwarder. Your freight forwarder will then ship the items to your port, and in some cases, directly to your door. They also quote shipping charges and any other associated costs. In-stock items will generally ship within 72 hours of final payment. All out of stock items will have lead times provided ASAP. 

Local delivery (within 10 miles) to a South Florida freight company is free with orders over $1000. Orders under $1000 are charged a nominal drop off fee of $59 to local Miami freight forwarders. 

Payment 
If you have a U.S.-based credit card, payment can be made directly to the secure shopping cart on our website. If you do not have a U.S.-based credit  card, we will provide you with simple credit card payment instructions. We also accept direct wire transfers. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Damages / Missing Items
All items are inspected for damage prior to delivery to your freight company. Any claim for damage must be made with the carrier. Big Box Furniture Company will not initiate any claim for damage. Affordable transit insurance is offered by most freight companies. Please inquire about transit insurance with your carrier prior to booking your shipment. Any claim for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If, after a careful examination, it is found that an item or part was shorted by Big Box Furniture Company, a replacement item or part will be delivered to your freight company with no additional charge to you.
